This deep therapeutic massage focuses on releasing pain and tension in chronically tight muscles.  It also treats muscle spasm, trigger/pressure points, and deep knotted muscles.  Some of the effects of deep tissue massage are; increased range of motion, promotes healthy muscle fibers and tone, as well as improving lymph flow and drainage.
